The firm comprises 3 bailiffs: Yves Tapella, appointed in November 2003, Tom Nilles, appointed in May 2005, and Nadine (known as Nanou) Tapella, appointed in May 2014.
It also includes a deputy bailiff and a team of 21 associates.

Registered with the Tribunal d’Arrondissement of and in Luxembourg, bailiffs have jurisdiction over the entire judicial district of Luxembourg.
